Today is the feast of the Immaculate Conception. The beginning of Advent. A time in which Christians need to begin to prepare for the celebration of Christmas. The birth of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. As Christian it is though our faith that we believe in this most miraculous of events. As a highly scientific person that I am, I have nothing but my faith, which tells me to believe that this most holiest of miracles indeed occurred as the Bible illustrates.
As a believer, I am compelled to remind others of this day of the great miracle and a prayer to celebrate this and to prepare my soul for the great celebration of Christmas. O God, who by the Immaculate Conception of the Blessed Virgin Mary, did prepare a worthy dwelling place for Your Son, we beseech You that, as by the foreseen death of this, Your Son, You did preserve Her from all stain, so too You would permit us, purified through Her intercession, to come unto You. Through the same Lord Jesus Christ, Your Son, who lives and reigns with You in the unity of the Holy Spirit, God, world without end Amen. Prayer As always Angel at Rose Hall
