Arkansas the new WIne Grape growing region?

The Prophecy grape plant show great promise and is growing well inte vineyards here in Arkansas. A red grape, one of the many 5,000 varieties of wine grapes used world wide. It is the Cynthiana grapes are commonly grown here in Arkansas.
Currently there are over 149 farms in Arkansas that grow grapes for vineyards. mOst are shipped out California, and VIrginia. It is pretty uncommon for a winery to develop a hybrid grape.
