Bonjour Eureka Springs

Fleur Delicious Weekend set for next is a celebration of the all the senses: sight, hearing, smell, taste and touch. A French themed weekend with a street fair atmosphere where the City of Eureka Springs and its lodging, retail/gift shop, spa, restaurant, bar, gallery, entertainment venue businesses will be participating.
Thursday, July 7 Eureka Springs Farmers Market: Kick Off w/Cooking Demonstration and French Music at Pine Mountain Village 7am to Noon, 2075 East Van Buren. Mayor Morris Pate will be performing a “Ribbon Cutting Ceremony” at 10am. Chef Dave of The Grand Taverne will be preparing dishes using fresh market produce during his cooking demo at 10:30am. Margie Roelands of Raimondo Family Winery will be pouring wine, oil and vinegar samples to pair with Chef Dave’s dishes. Keels Creek Winery will also have their local wines available that morning.
Thursday, July 7 Meet the Artist Reception: Caribe Restaurante y Cantina serving Café au Lait and Beignets and presenting art by Robert Norman, a Eureka Springs artist chosen to design the Fleur Delicious Weekend artwork and poster, 6pm to 8pm, 309 West Van Buren
Friday, July 8 Eureka Springs Public Carnegie Library will be showing the movie, Chocolat, in the Annex at 192 Spring Street at 7pm. Admission is free.

Saturday July 9 experience the Cirque du Soleil of Eureka Springs. Enjoy Live Music Performance Art featuring “Cosmic Roots,” Local Artists creating art, A French Costume Show and Contest (prizes offered to the top three,) French Pancakes served between 6-8pm, BYOB. Ticket prices are $15 with $5 off for locals residents with pre-sold tickets $2 off. Saturday, July 9 Eureka Springs Gallery Association Saturday Gallery Stroll, the galleries open their doors from 6-9 pm with artist receptions featuring French themed art. Featured Art Galleries are Iris at the Basin Park, Eureka Thyme Gallery, Zark’s Fine Design Gallery, Quicksilver Gallery, The Jewel Box Gallery, 83 Spring Street Gallery, Fusion Squared Gallery.
83 Spring Street Gallery will host guest artist Willis Miller in the gallery from 1pm-4pm and then we'll have an evening reception during our 2nd Saturday Gallery Stroll from 6pm-9pm. Willis hails from Fayetteville, Arkansas. In the spirit of this Bastille Day celebration he will take an impressionistic look at the French flag in a piece title "Still Held Together". We will have the original work on display but prints will also be available. Please stop in at 83 Spring Street Gallery to help us welcome Willis to our family.
The Jewel Box Gallery will feature the artwork of Batik artist Cynthia Dollard. The artist has created a Batik painting for the ESGA art show and contest for the weekend featuring famous French landmarks. Reception will be from 6:00 to 9:00 pm. 77 Spring St.
Sunday, July 10 The Crystal Dining Room at The Crescent Hotel serves a Sunday Jazz Brunch featuring Jazz, French Champagne and a French Food Station, 9am to 2pm, 75 Prospect Ave.
