Eureka Springs May Festival of the Arts

Once again art work will be selected for the May Festival of the Art Poster artist have been contributing art work for the poster contest since 1987. Over the years many visitors have begun to keep these posters, which have become quit the collectors items.  This year will be no difference. Out of the many submissions, Robert Norman was selected.
Norman's design was a mixed used piece combining pen, ink and watercolors. The poster design will be used to promote the festival in ad. The May Festival of the Arts is a month long celebration of Eureka Springs,and the surrounding Beaver Lake Area. The festival includes a list of month long activities, including Gallery strolls, parade, White Street Walk,Grand Illuminations,Queen Anne Mansion gallery and more.

 Robert's poster is a unique and playful image an under water image of Eureka. "I see Eureka in an atmosphere unlike the surrounding area," Look carefully for the iconic Eureka Springs landmarks Eureka Springs trolleys,the Flat Iron Building  , the under water plants respresent Eureka Springs as "Tree City" and of course the snail and fish represent "Eureka Time"  The Angel at Rose Hall, your Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast and Eureka Springs Wedding Chapel is located in the heart of Eureka Springs.
