Eureka Springs Restaurants

Today I received a call from a guests requesting suggestions Eureka Springs dining suggestions.  I said, no problem I will send you a list of my favorite restaurants. Oh course breakfast is what we do the best, each morning we serve a gourmet breakfast, possible entrees that we can serve range from our mini cheese quiches, or one of my favorite dishes cilantro, cheese strata.
If I had to select a great Eureka Springs restaurant for breakfast other than the Angel at Rose Hall a Eureka Springs Bed and Breakfast, I would suggest the Mud Street Cafe for one of their famous over sized muffins or the Crescent Hotel on Sunday for brunch where they serve items ranging from omelette's made to order to crab legs, pasta bar and pancakes.
Lunch is a great and adventure in Eureka Springs, I suggest the following places for lunch: Local Flavor has a great menu for lunch, yummy fresh green salads, or for Italian try Devitos for sandwich and anti-pasta.
As for dinner, the options are endless, if you are thinking steak try Gaskins, if may a romantic dinner with a piano in the back ground try the Grand Taveren, If you are looking for gourmet entrees and dessert maybe Autumn Breeze will do the trick.  If you are looking to add some heat with a Mexican flair try Casa Colina, or a German hearty meal make reservations at the Bavarian Restaurant on High way 62 and finally for pasta etc, there is Ermillio's good eats.
