Chicken Breasts with Herbs De Provence

Ok,I Know you all might think I have lost my mind, Susan and her herb, but I found a great recipe that I want to share using herbes de provence. I have alway been a fan of rosemary and lavender. i can still remember the first rosemary and lavender bush I planted years ago. In fact both plants are perennial. So be sure to locate a good spot on your property when planting to ensure that your plant will return in the spring time after the winter. Back to the recipe, you can find herbes de provence to create your own version you will need. Ingredients for your Herbes de Provence
2 tablespoons plus 11/2 teaspoons dried oregano
2 tablespoons plus 1 1/2 teaspoons dried thyme
2 tablespoons dried savory
2 tablespoons dried, crushed lavender (optional)
1 teaspoon dried basil
2 teaspoon dried rosemary
