Historic Bank of Eureka Springs Museum Now Open
On Monday, December 13th the Historic Bank of Eureka Springs Museum housed within the downtown location of Cornerstone Bank will be open to the public. The Museum is located at 70 South Main Street inside Cornerstone Bank in Eureka Springs, Arkansas and will be open from 8-5 Monday through Friday. The Museum welcomes you to feast your eyes upon the display of a turn-of-the-20th century bank, complete with brass tellers' cages, a pot-bellied stove, candlestick telephones, original safe, wall clock and vault door, as well as souvenirs and other memorabilia going as far back as Eureka Springs’ founding in 1879. The Museum also features furniture, fixtures and equipment dating back to 1912, and other items once used in our banking locations over the past 98 years. The historic location of Cornerstone Bank in Eureka Springs is the new home of the Historic Bank of Eureka Springs Museum and is open to all visitors free of charge.
