Casa Colina Great Mexian Fare

Tonight Bob and I took a few moments off and had dinner at Casa Colina just south of town on Main Street ,below Planter Hill welcome and parking center. A short trip from the Angel at Rose Hall Bed and Breakfast.

This is one of our favorite haunts, as you enter you are welcomed by warm faces and escorted to your table.  Upon sitting chips and home made salsa is placed on the table.  Yum-yum, tonight we tried the guacamole appetizer, if the avocados are not fresh they will not serve it, so rest a sure, if you order it you will enjoy!  I personally like to order the blacken snapper on a bed of green rice, just love it.  Bob is more adventure some, tonight the seafood crepes. It did look really good by the way.  A little conversation with the owners Dani and Joe Joy and our evening was complete. IF you plan on visiting you may view their menu at Casa Colina
