On this day of thanks

Studies show that those who chose to celebrate Thanksgiving can actually make us all healthier.
Thankfulness improves both our physical and emotional health. Feelings of thankfulness increases blood flow to the heart and increases our body's immune sytem.

People who feel grateful and have the habit of writting in a journal daily are more energetic, sleep better and are more alert.  I say that is amazing.
