Eureka Springs Christmas Activies

2009 Christmas Parade of LightsThanks to city of Eureka Springs crews, the down historic district is beginning to look a lot like Christmas.  The city streets and springs look incrediable.  Thanks to all for your hard work.

Here is a break down of all of the event to be held this weekend in Eureka Springs

44th Annual Silver Tea: Dec. 2, 1:30-3:30pm, Crescent Hotel
Hosted by the St. James Episcopal Ladies to benefit an annual charity of their choice. It generally is a sweet and lovely way to spend the afternoon and a great way to help a local cause. To ob

Downtown Living Windows: Dec. 3, 3-5:30pm, Spring & Main St.
Windows downtown will come alive with live actors right before the Christmas Parade. Celebrate the winter holidays with these living postcards sure to delight your whole family.

Eureka Springs Christmas Parade: Dec. 3, 6pm, Downtown
This night parade sparkles to the delight of children of all ages. Hosted by the Chamber of Commerce the parade attracts floats, bands, and groups from all over the area ready to show thier holiday spirit.

Photos with Santa: Dec. 4, 11 & 18, 1-3pm, Basin Park
Santa will be in the park with Old Time Photo's taking amazing photos! No Christmas photo is more special than one snapped in Basin Spring Park with Santa. Kids, families, couples, brides and pets are all welcome to sit on the big red lap!

Candlelight Tour of Homes: Dec. 4, 3-8pm, Downtown
The Eureka Springs Preservation Society hosts this annual event to the delight of visitors and locals alike. The homes are charmingly decorated, the guides in Victorian wear, and the tour a peek into some of the most charming homes in Eureka Springs. An event not to be missed. The tour benefits the work of the Preservation Society to maintain and restore the Victorian elements of Eureka Springs.

Candlelight Tour of Queen Anne: Dec. 4, 5-7pm, Queen Anne Mansion This new event will feature the Christmas season in it's Victorian splendor throughout the Queen Anne.

Christmas Forest Tree Lighting: Dec. 4th 6pm, Crescent Hotel
The Christmas Trees within the Forest of the Crescent Hotel gardens are decorated by area nonprofit organizations. Come vote for your favorite and celebrate the season by sharing the vision of the holidays through the trees!

Santa’s Sunday Brunch: Dec. 5, 9:30am-2pm Crescent Hotel
This annual event is a highlight of families throughout the area! Sitting with Santa as you enjoy the delicious Crescent Hotel brunch is a season special moment. Make this a family tradition!

The Angel at Rose Hall is just a short walk from all of the above activites.
