In addition to our regular 2nd Saturday Gallery Stroll, the following special shows will be happening in downtown Eureka Springs.
Iris at the Basin Park:
Saturday, October 2nd marks the return to Iris at the Basin Park of artist James Dean. James, an Atlanta artist, has become famous for ‘Pete the Cat’, the blue feline that has even been spotted at the Crescent Hotel. James will be in the gallery painting Pete and signing prints and books from 1-4 PM and 6-9 PM Saturday and 1-4 Pm on Sunday. 83 Spring Street: Saturday October 2nd, 10am - 5pm Doug Hall joins us in the Gallery for a meet & greet. Doug has had a fascination with painting and the Eastern Woodland Native Americans all his life. He gained tremendous insight into life in the 18th century by traversing the United States on horseback. His work is unique in many respects because he portrays the Native Americans as members of a culture, not as victims or warriors.
