Eureka Springs Arkansas, Nature at its Best

As evident from last weeks Fat Tire Race Eureka Springs is more that jsut a village nestled in the heart of the Ozarks. Eureka Springs offers a full range of outdoor opportunities. Trout fishing is popular on the White River, and canoeing and fishing are popular on the Kings River. Beaver Lake offers the excitement of water sports, camping, fishing and hiking. The area is also popular for mountain biking and horseback riding.

For the second time, Eureka has been selected one of 100 towns to be in Great Towns of America. The first time was 1998, the second was 2009.
Eureka Springs is 49 miles from the Buffalo National River.
